- Master Degree at the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, LL.M. in International Tax Law at the University of Leiden (The Netherlands), Ph.D. in Law, with specialization in International Law and Tax Law, at the University of Leiden (The Netherlands). He teaches Tax Law and Business Tax Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Piacenza campus). He has published three monographs, an edited volume and about 100 articles on tax matters.
- He is specialized in international tax law, EU tax law, tax aspects of M&A and private equity, tax planning for HNWI, as well as in tax litigation and pre-litigation procedures.
- He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on tax matters.
