- Since the beginning of his career, he has concentrated his professional activity in favor of Italian and foreign clients (both private and institutional) in the fields of commercial-corporate law, also with international profiles, where he has gained considerable experience in reference to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions; he also follows private equity transactions and corporate restructuring.
