The Corporate Tax Practice offers corporate tax advisory services, both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on the following areas: tax strategies and planning, assistance in the pre-litigation stage and tax audits, assistance and defence in tax disputes, determination of business income for entities adopting the principles of the Italian Accounting Standard Setting Body (Organismo Italiano di contabilità – OIC), taxation of IAS/IFRS Adopters, assistance with tax compliance obligations, tax incentive mechanisms (“fiscalità di vantaggio”), special tax regimes.
