Family Inheritance & Individual Law
The Family Inheritance & Individual Law Practice consists of a multidisciplinary team of professionals with established experience in family law and issues related to succession and generational handover. It mainly deals with asset protection, in terms of both preservation of assets and business activity and protection from the risks arising from the behaviour of future generations, including education and training. Specifically, it provides specialized advice in the following areas: parental responsibility law, inter alia with regard to transnational families; succession and related implications under company law and, if applicable, tax law.
