- He specializes in company law and corporate governance, handles corporate reorganizations and M&As and provides assistance to Italian and foreign groups (including regulated groups) with recurring and nonrecurring matters and in arbitrations.
- He has acquired extensive experience with corporate finance transactions, contributions and corporate reorganizations, with particular regard to corporate reorganizations in the real estate and hotel business.
