- He graduated in Economics and Business from Pavia’s Università degli studi and is registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti) and with the Register of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Contabili).
- His practice mainly includes advice on income tax, tax litigation and company law issues. He has also acquired extensive experience with corporate reorganisation and intercompany transfer pricing issues.
