The Insurance Industry provides assistance to the main domestic and international insurance market players and offers tax, legal and regulatory consultancy services on all matters typical of insurance activity and on dealings with the distribution network, whether operating through agents and brokers or through the bancassurance channel. The team also has longstanding experience in the following matters: planning and development of new business opportunities, management of relations with the insured; corporate reorganisations; mergers and acquisitions and portfolio acquisitions; defining, restructuring and distributing insurance products and relevant contractual and regulatory aspects; assistance before the supervisory authorities (IVASS, Consob) and the judicial bodies and in civil and administrative litigation as well as arbitration proceedings; corporate tax; labour and employment law and insurance compliance.
