- He is “Cultore della Materia” (teaching assistant) in the Department of Private Law of Milan’s State University.
- He specializes in civil, commercial and company law.
- He assists Italian and foreign clients in M&A transactions, as well as with company law issues. He has acquired significant experience in negotiating agreements for the sale and purchase of shareholdings and business units, joint ventures, collaboration and investment agreements.
- He has also acquired experience with day-to-day assistance to companies in the negotiation of domestic and international commercial contracts, as well as with shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance issues.
- He assists Italian and foreign clients in real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals of industrial and commercial properties.
