- Member of the Milan Bar since 2006 and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and other higher courts.
- She is a corporate lawyer with extensive and sound experience in company, commercial, civil law and corporate governance and assists her clients also in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration.
- Having worked for long periods abroad, namely France and Scotland, and attended ad hoc training programs, her activity has acquired a strong international scope.
- She is highly interested in the innovation of the Italian entrepreneurial fabric, and therefore provides support to companies in all aspects related to their growth, by giving business consulting services, drafting corporate documents, commercial agreements.
- She is a member of the Civil Justice Board of Milan Bar Council.
- She is a member of the Milan Osservatorio della Giustizia Civile (Observatory on Civil Justice).
- She has been appointed as Arbitrator by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration.
- She has authored several publications on civil and commercial law.
