- She is a Statutory Auditor and member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to legislative decree 231/01 of major domestic companies.
- She mainly provides advice in respect of tax and company law matters and corporate reorganizations, and has acquired significant experience with sustainable development programs put in place by companies, and relevant reporting.
