- She graduated in Business Economics with a specialisation in Accounting, from Turin’s Università degli Studi and is registered with the Turin Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili) and with the Register of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Contabili).
- She deals with corporate tax issues and provides advice and assistance to multinational groups in the automotive, energy and IT business. She has acquired extensive experience with company secretarial activities and corporate reorganizations (mergers, demergers etc.).
