- He graduated in law from Milan’s Università Statale degli Studi and is registered with the Milan Bar.
- He provides professional legal assistance in labour and employment law and social security law issues with reference to in-court and out-of- court cases.
- He assists domestic and international companies in dealing with employment relationships, individual and collective redundancy procedures, Government layoff benefit schemes, workers’; state-funded layoff programs, transfers of businesses and business concerns, domestic and cross- border corporate reorganisations and industrial and trade union relationships.
- His practice includes advice and assistance to companies and managers in different areas of labour and employment law (contract-drafting, bargaining agreements, agency agreements, agreements for managers, directors, executives, staff secondment, health and safety at work, social security issues, retention plans, non-competition agreements, stock option plans) and provides staff training in labour law issues.
- He is a member of Meritas, the international professional services network, and works also in English.
- He is currently attending the second year of the Specialization and High Training Course in Labor and Employment Law managed by Milan’ Public University (Università Statale degli Studi), to become a Labor and Employment Law Specialist pursuant to Italian Law no. 247/2012.
