- Graduated in Law with honors at the Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, she is enrolled with the Milan Bar Association.
- In 2014, she obtained the American Law Certificate at UCL Berkeley, California.
- She advises multinational companies, mainly on international contracts drafting, M&A transactions and corporate governance.
- She also gains a significant experience on the administrative liability of corporate entities in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and, in such a context, with reference to the implementation of the relevant Business Organizational Models.
