Francesco Barabani

Graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano and member of the Milan Bar Association.
He is “Cultore della Materia” (teaching assistant) in the Department of Private Law of Milan’s State University.
He specializes in civil, commercial and company law.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in M&A transactions, as well as with company law issues. He has acquired significant experience in negotiating agreements for the sale and purchase of shareholdings and business units, joint ventures, collaboration and investment agreements.
He has also acquired experience with day-to-day assistance to companies in the negotiation of domestic and international commercial contracts, as well as with shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance issues.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals of industrial and commercial properties.
