- He graduated in Economics and Business Legislation at Milan’s Università Bocconi and is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti) and with the Register of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Legali).
- His specialist practice areas are taxation of banks and the tax treatment of financial income and financial instruments. He provides tax advice and assistance in respect of the determination of business income, the impact of IAS/IFRS, individual portfolio management taxation, transfer pricing issues, business combinations and due diligence reviews.
