- Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors mainly with Italian companies belonging to international groups.
- Provides consultancy on income tax, value added tax, tax litigation and corporate law. Has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations and intragroup transactions in relation to international taxation.
- Has experience in providing consulting for acquisitions in the Real Estate sector and the tax and corporate management of real estate companies.
