- Graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Parma and member of the Parma Bar Association.
- He specializes in company and commercial law and handles corporate governance and corporate transactions, assisting companies (particularly in the middle market) and investment funds at every stage of the M&A process.
- His practice also includes commercial contract-drafting, assisting multinational groups in the drafting and negotiation of major corporate contracts.
- As an expert in Food Law, he advises industry operators (e.g. producers, importers, large-scale retailers, mass catering enterprises) on main food law issues; he teaches courses and post-graduate master courses in food law.
- He has also acquired extensive experience with corporate compliance; with particular reference to the administrative liability of entities, he has assisted leading national groups with the preparation of the Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, for the prevention of offences.
- He is a member of the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) and a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in leading companies.
