- Focuses mainly on civil, corporate and commercial law; company compliance (with particular regard to risk assessment activities, preparation and implementation of organisational model and vigilance activities of the supervisory body – organismo di vigilanza – pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001; due diligence and ordinary legal services concerning privacy matters), civil litigation and bankruptcy law.
