The Banking & Finance Practice consists of a team of professionals with specific skills regarding the tax aspects of banking and financial activities and with longstanding experience in providing tax assistance to funds, industrial companies, banks and financial institutions in the following areas: day-to-day taxation pursuant to IAS/IFRS, taxation of financial instruments, tax due diligence reviews, transfer pricing and assistance in the various stages of tax litigation.
